Hi, I'm Jessi. I'm 34 and want to end this year a lot healthier than I'm starting. I have over 130lbs to lose and I need support, encouragement, accountability, and suggestions; I will be more than thrilled to reciprocate. "They say it ain't easy...I say I CAN!" feel free to add me.

    Hey Jessi. I am also 34 and looking to lose over 100lbs.
    Just learning to do the entries consistently so that you see where your calories are going helps a lot. It really helps you to pay attention to what your daily intake is.
    Also, water, water, water.

    IKR. It's shocking when you're 100%honest with your food diary! I've found setting smaller short term goals works for me. 5lbs is alot easier to crush in a month than 130!
