The ones the doctor told you to eat. If you don't remember, call the office and get yourself referred to a dietitian. He will give them instructions on what it is he wants you doing and they'll work up a nice plan for you. :)

I have low blood pressure too and have never been told it was an issue or that I had to eat a specific diet. I will have to Google this now lol

I have borderline low bp - all my doc says is "congratulations." As long as I have no symptoms from it (such as dizziness on standing up) I don't need to do or eat anything special.

i know its not a major issue, i just feel lethargic most of the time and i am suspecting low bp is the cause. for instance if i am going to work out i have to warm up for about 30 minutes at a moderate level before doing my routine or else i wont be able to lift the wights how i normally do. if im playing basketball and have to slow down than i start to get a little dizzy and i lose focus and i throws me off completely

You should see your doctor. I have always had low blood pressure, it wasn't too much if a problem for me until I started lifting heavy weights. I made an appointment with my doctor and he put me on assudiphedrine. It has made a difference, I can get through my workouts without feeling dizzy. I still have bad days where I get dizzy when I stand up but they are not as frequent. I eat a lot of salt also and try to drink a lot of water.
