My name is chris, This is my second go around. A few years ago I did this and dropped about 40 lbs. I started out at 261.5 now and my goal is to get to 225 and be toned out at that weight. My biggest problem is I am picky on a number of foods but have been trying some new things lately and hope to meet my goal weight eventually.
