Weight Training

I have been exercising now for over 18 months doing mainly cardio - HIIT, spin etc. I used to do body pump, but unfortunately I got tennis elbow about a year ago and so don't want to start doing that again in case I aggravate the injury. I would like to start weight training in the gym using free weights and machines and wondered if anyone can recommend any online routines/exercises that I could use?
Any help would be great.
