The good, the bad, and sometimes the ugly.

I have not been on MFP for quite a while, but I have decided to make 2015 my fittest year ever. My goal is to log my food everyday for the next year no matter how great or how bad my day is, to hold myself accountable no matter what. I also love to run, and plan on running my first half marathon sometime before I turn 41 in June 2016. I do yoga on the days I am not running. I try to workout 6 days a week, but definitely 5 days a week. Currently I am eating gluten free (due to conditions with some family members). I am looking to add friends for inspiration and accountability. Please feel free to add me if you are looking for the same things. Best to all in 2015!!!
