Shaking off my 1 Stone 'Winter Coat'

After a period of oscillating between good and poor food choices I'm here permanently wearing at winter coat weighing a stone that I plan to shed...MFP will really help calorie count as well I noticed tell me my protein, carbs and fat combo. Today I started with eggs, smoked salmon breakfast and a kale,banana, apple and protein powder smoothy. Both lovely. And other meal ideas or general support will be appreciated..good luck achieving your goals.
