Torn achilles - but back in the gym

It's been a hard couple of months for me. In October I started back running and rugby training and pushed it too hard too soon. This ended in me rupturing my achilles and has me at a worse starting point as 3 months of immobility and Christmas has piled on the weight.

All is not lost, the healing process has been quick and I'm out of the aircast :D , walking (albeit a little uncomfortably when doing longer walks) and have been cleared by the physio to start back in the gym.

I know I need to start back much slower as well as stay as far away from the treadmill as possible for at least another 3-4 months but I need to start doing something. We're also expecting our first child in the next few weeks so I am off the booze and will be having a dry Jan, Feb and probably March which I am sure will help with the fat loss.

Question - has anyone got any good rower/bike programs to get the sweat pumping and the fitness back?
