Spicy stir fry recipe has anyone got one please ?

As the title says I love stir frys and am looking for a healthy low cal one to make for dinner this week please ? I love most veg except bean sprouts !

This has a good bit of oil, but you could substitute some stock for some of it.

I was thinking that myself but you would use them all again so it would last a few weeks I have a shop near me that sells all spices and ingredients from all over the world so I will go there and get everything
