What's a good weight for 18 F 5ft 3in

I'm currently 145 and feeling fat. I'm use to eating what I want but I have slowed down my activity and now I can't eat what I want without gaining. I usually feel comfortable around 133 but some have said that I should weigh 125. I want to have a killer body so I'm wanting to start and continue a workout of 3-4 times a week. 18 F 5ft 3in

That is 11 pounds underweight. So, unless a 5'3 person is extremely small framed this is a really really bad ideal. But, knock yourself out if that is what you want.

I'm 5'3 and 25 and I'm supposed to be anywhere from 130-140. When I was 17, I weighed 145 but, I had a lot more muscle mass then. I lifted every other day and did cardio the opposite days.

a healthy weight for someone small framed for your height is: 111-124lbs. But in the long run, you need to be happy with you.

Depends on your body composition. I'm 5'2" and currently 134lbs, which is within a "healthy" range, but my body fat is high at 32-33%. I don't care what my end weight is, but my goal is to lower it down to 23%. It all depends on your PERSONAL goals.
