Question about sugar

Hi there,

So I have been going over on my sugar intake due to eating fruits and things like fat free yogurt. Should I be worried about the sugar or should I just remove it from my macros bar and consider my sugar to fall under my carbs intake? A little insight is appreciated!

    If you are going wildly overboard, then you might want to scale back as an abundance of sugar can cause health issues. If it's just a little over, and it's unprocessed sugars from fruits, etc, don't worry about it.

    Thank you. It's usually only a little over and its usually from fruits.
