Any Gluten/Lactose free IBS ladies and gents out there?

Hey all,
Just wondering if there are any other nutritionally challenged people around on this site! I'm Jenny/Jen, 23 years old from England. I found out officially last November that I am lactose intolerant and through meeting with a dietitian, found out I have IBS sensitive to gluten. Would be awesome to have some similarly challenged folk to throw around ideas and help eachother out
