My name is Stacey and I'm starting over on here after a long break. I have at least 50 lbs to loose, 70 would be ideal but I will settle for 50 at this point. Not sure where to start and how to get there. I'm busy - I have kids and a work schedule that starts at 0600 so with an hour drive that means up at 0430 with no time for morning workouts. Evenings are busy with kids and I'm struggling. I'm also bad about over eating in the evenings - mornings are good. Late nights kill me. Anyway glad to be here and hopefully for your help/tips - like motivation to work out and log foods (I hate the time it takes). Keeping my fingers crossed!!
