New Year New me

Today I start my journey of becoming a healthier me. I'd lost 10 pounds before the holiday's but I have gained a few back. Today and moving forward I plan to lose lose lose....I will be 40 in February and want to lose at lease 20 pounds before then....Wish me luck!!!
