Since people noticed my weight loss and fitness people keep on asking me what I did and all that. When they hear about counting calories, they are like.. "Counting calories.. too obsessive". Then they will ask for the exercise videos I follow. Either they will not start at all and keep on complaining else they will try 1 week that too half heartedly and then will not see any movement on scale and stop. And will assume I am hiding something from them. Or may be just because I read labels in food and wear my polar ft4 while brisk walking to office, I am from another planet. Sometimes all these negativity really gets to me ! !

You're wasting too much effort on what other people think. Just keep doing what you're doing. If someone asks, give them an answer. It's up to them whether they want to follow the same path you're on.

    Hey!
Don't let it get to you. You are doing an amazing job and keep it up! Some people have to figure things out on their own. Sometimes some people need motivation, but when it's not in their favor, they can be negative; whether intentional or unintentional. I believe in you and progress takes time. Keep smiling dear!!
