Afternoon All,
I'm looking top spend my Christmas Amazon vouchers on something that monitors how many calories i'm burning off during exercise. I'm thinking that during an intervals / HIIT class I need something that will keep track of my pulse so that I can see how effective it's being.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Most HRMs will give you a pretty reliable indication of your heart rate at a point in time, others will give you a trace over time that you can then build into your training analysis. The usefulness of that information depends on the training that you do, and for interval type training it's of limited utility.
The calorie estimations for HIIT and resistance training will be significantly higher than actual consumption because that's not how the algorithms are designed.0
