Hi out there! I'm new to this. Could anyone tell me how to log your exercises? Been trying and they wont accept or log anything I enter. I do not have a gym membership and have been trying to do at home exercises.

I just click on the exercise tab at the top and then either enter it in the database and put in the minutes or choose from the list. You don't need a gym membership to do this. By the way welcome and good luck to you!0
