How many calories burnt - 7 minute aerobics

Recently, up to 5 times a day I have been doing a quick 7 minute workout which I try to fit into my spare time.
The workout includes: (each excerise lasts 30 seconds) jumping jacks, wall sit, push ups, sit-ups, plank, push ups and rotation, lunges, squats, step up, tricep dip, side plank (both sides, 15 seconds each).
I would be ever so grateful if someone could tell me an estimated or an accurate answer on how many calories I burn every time I do this 7 minute workout.
