Recently, someone purchased some frozen Brussels sprouts for me that came in a butter sauces. Not my choice but I will eat them.

The question I have pondered for some time on products like this is in regards to the calories printed on the container. Do those calories include all the sauce or only what would be normally consumed?

I am not going to adjust my MFP calories but just curious.

They include data for all food in the package.

Yeah, unless it specifies otherwise, it should include all calories. I imagine they think eating all their sauce is normal.

It won't be accurate anyway, typically there is never exactly the same amount of food in each package, but they give nutrition info in grams for frozen only, and as you steam in the bag, well... it doesn't exactly help you. I just log the whole thing, worst case I just overestimate a little.
