Any suggestions for squeezing in exercise?

Hi! My name is Tiffany! Looking forward to getting more fit in 2015! I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted but now that I am 35 years old, my poor habits have landed me 20lbs heavier than I would like:-) My lack of exercise is causing me to be tired.
Does anyone out there in the interwebs have suggestions for squeezing in more exercise? I have a full time job, three kids and pets. Finding time to take care of my fitness needs is really challenging. Especially during the colder months.
Can't wait to make some new exercise buddies!

7 minute workout? It's a phone app. Even though I still spend about 20 minutes because I need to warm up a little and cool down a little. Buy jump rope and do some 30 second intervals in front of the TV. I have a job and four kids so I understand. I remind myself that I am exercising because I want to be in a good mood for my hubby/ kids and I want to be healthy so they don't have the stress of a sick, overweight mama as they get older.0

Thank you, very much!!! Your advice is really helpful.0

running outside in the winter is awesome if you have never tried it. Quick and you don't have to drive to the gym and that cuts out a lot of time.0

Last spring, I started just walking in place any time I found myself standing still. I walk in place in the kitchen while I am cooking, while I am giving my daughter a shower, while I am giving myself a shower...whenever I can. Mind you I've been at the gym several times a week during that time, but any kind of movement is a metabolism boost and burns calories. It doesn't matter if you are going somewhere or not...you're moving. Doing this helped me a lot.0

When cooking dinner or picking up the house my son and i dance. Its makes cleaning and cooking more fun. I also tend to over exaggerate My "dance moves" which my son thinks is super funny and an even better workout. And it gets him up and moving also.0
