Best exercise for losing weight in your stomach,butt and thighs?

Any tips or advice? I'm working on losing weight all over, but these are my trouble spots. I'm most concerend with losing it in my stomach.

    Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce. Calorie deficit will lower body fat overall. The location of that body fat is genetics

    You can't spot reduce. Your body will eventually get to the areas your concerned about. Exercises can help strengthen the muscles underneath but they won't tell fat to leave a target area.

    when you diet (restrict energy intake) you lose fat...that fat loss comes from wherever...you can't spot reduce or target fat loss with any specific exercise. Exercise is largely for fitness and overall health and well being (and it makes it easier to sustain an energy deficit)...but your energy intake is going to have far more bearing on your fat loss.

    For many, if not most people, the stomach area is primary fat stores...this tends to be where people store fat first and unfortunately it is usually the last to come off. The stomach tends to be deep energy reserves.

    I'm 16ish% BF and you can barely pinch any fat on me anywhere...except my stomach because I still have a bit of a spare tire even after 2 plus years of kicking *kitten* here...
