Any suggestions for increasing movement at a sedentary desk job?

    Take a 10 minute brisk walk outside twice a day. I sometimes can't do that, so I started walking in place whenever I was waiting around for something, or even in the shower. If you're moving, you're burning calories, it doesn't matter if you're going someplace or not. If the job doesn't allow for much movement, you've got to make your own wherever you can.
