Just looking to finish what I started 10 years ago...

I am looking to get back down to 200 lbs and be able to run my first marathon. I have trained in the past to do a marthon and got up to doing 16-18 mile weekend runs, but never actually ran the marathon. I am looking at an October marathon in my area as a goal and need to drop 40 lbs to be at 200 lbs. I have my January goal at 40 running miles by the end of the month. I am back on my training eating plan and with the help of this app I am hoping to get this plan to be the norm moving forward.
