Wow, I forgot how good it feels to weight train and cardio burn. I had the pleasure of visiting my long lost friend, LA Fitness. Spoke to a personal trainer and I need to save some money to hire him. In the mean time, I found a beginners workout routine, and I followed that. Three days weight training and three days straight cardio. I started my routine with a 20 minute cardio warm up on the Precore elliptical. Loved it! I then trained my upper body and abs. I'm wondering should I train my abs daily or should I give abs a day of rest? Does anyone have any suggestions.
