Sync issues with Garmin Vivosmart

Why is it so difficult to get the Vivosmart to sync with myfitnesspal. One of the main reasons I chose the Garmin was because of this feature. Am I missing something? It seldom works. Who has the ball, Garmin or myfitnesspal? Thanks.

    I think there is currently a widespread problem. It synced a couple days ago and now I'm reading a lot of posts where people aren't getting anything. I have a vivofit and I can't even get it to sync my steps right now. Quite irritated.

    Mine is syncing but it wont on their site! UGH!!!

    Mine won't sync to garmin connect which is frustrating. I want to know how many calories I burnt exercising and don't want to disconnect the device from the app because I will lose everything. Hope they sort it soon.
