When to weigh in?

Hi,

I tend to weigh myself at the same time each week as that seemed like the most logical time however I wonder if there is any benefit to weigh in more frequently or even less frequent?

    I like to weigh every morning and look at the trend; in fact I use Trendweight for that. Once a week is too often to see the trend, and once a month too seldom to catch it if I'm off track.
  • Thank you! @kommodevaran‌ :) That sounds like a good idea to me, I might try it as I think it will help me motivate & keep on the right track, is trend weight an app? I can't seem to locate it...

    I weigh every morning after using the toilet & before getting dressed.
    Write it on the calendar so I can look back & easily see how far I've come.
    Only record it here if I've gone down.
