there's a few more things I would love to accomplish through regular exercise and healthy eating.

The first one? A healthier me. After feeling like utter crap from eating too much junk, I couldn't even imagine eating this every single day. I am going to keep it simple, and not give in to any fad diets or internet claims. That means, I will love my potato as much as I love my apple (eeek sugar!) as much as I love my whole grains.

The second one, I have no idea if it is even possible. I want confidence. I want to be able to stand up for what I truly believe is right, or for what I feel I want. I am a pushover and one who tends to scurry away from what may be conflict. Instead, I want the confidence to stand up for myself and speak my mind.

Thirdly, I'm going to run. I want to be a runner. I also want to be able to do pull ups. No idea why, I just think it would be awesome to do a bunch of pull ups in a row.

I am excited for this!
