Hi all, wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 37 year old SAHM to 4 boys. I began working out in Sept and using MFP in Oct. I went from 192 down to 164 as of this morning! I initially wanted to just get the baby weight off and when that happened so quickly I realized that I could stand to loose another 20lbs. I quite frankly can't remember the last time I was this small, maybe around puberty. I'm excited to get down to my (new) goal of 150. I'm currently doing all my exercise off videos from youtube. I did try Insanity and although I liked the first month of it, I didn't like the next and how difficult it was. Anyways, what's some good suggestions for something that will still push me but not so insane?

Try blogilates.com.
It's Pilates-free videos you can do from home. She recently uploaded a new beginner workout calendar that I think I'm going to start tomorrow (even though I'm not a beginner to Pilates). I enjoy her videos because she's peppy and motivating. She also has her own line of workout gear and her workouts range from easy-ish or stretching to really difficult (ex: burpee and kettle bell swing pyramid-yikes).0
