Hi, I was pretty fit up until a few years ago when a rotator cuff injury and arthritis/ddd in my neck started to slow me down. That along with gaining some menopausal weight over the last number of winters has me looking to lose 20-25 lbs. I had surgery 16 weeks ago and I'm finally ready to start moving again. I can no longer do the high impact workouts I used to and therefore looking forward to finding new and exciting workouts that aren’t quite as hard on my body

Hi. I know how difficult it is to actually get in exercise, but I know that any form of movement is better than nothing. I am 45 years old, work full-time and go to school on a full-time schedule as well. I have to be able to keep my energy and stamina up. I wish you luck. I am going to try and hit a goal of 40 pounds, then shave off about another 30 after that.0
