My HRM

Options
Has not been giving me accurate readings of my workout since I started using it after a hiatus of a couple of months. Today, I checked the settings and it gave me an error message that I didn't understand and after fooling around with it for a while, I called Polar support (Polar FT7). They were super helpful.

It turned out that my battery was low - duh. I also had my settings higher than my current weight (and height, ha ha). And the month and day were wrong, which is very wierd, although the time was correct.

I also found out that I shouldn't be storing the thingy that reads my heart rate attached to the strap because it keeps reading.

Very educational. B)
