Hi. I was on here some time ago but things went to pot a bit as I have had 2 hip ops and the painkillers played havoc with my body! I am well on the road to recovery but need a bit of encouragement to keep me on track. Now I'm free from medication for pain, my appetite has returned and the weight is creeping back up. Not allowed!!
