Hi, I'm Lynn from Leesburg, VA. I've tried in the past to use MFP without friend support without much success (me not sticking with it). I'm hoping the new year will bring success and some new connections.

I have about 20-25 lbs to lose. Mother of 2 college age kids. I work from home so the self control is a challenge for me. I need to start exercise and be consistent.
