    sandwiches:
    - whole wheat bread+ peanut butter + fresh basil + sliced strawberries
    - same thing with apple slices
    - whole wheat bread + mustard + 1/2 slices of lowfat ham (it's usually 98 % lean) + either apple slices, or lettuce
    - whole wheat bread + mustard + sliced cooked egg + lettuce

    other:
    - home made granola balls. Main ingredients are oats and peanut butter, but you can add other things based on your calorie limits and taste, such as honey, homemade caramel, raisins, blueberries, protein powder, Rice Krispie, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, cinnamon, etc.
    - protein bars
    - homemade smoothies
    - greek yoghurt
    - fruit bowl (strawberry, banana, blueberry, etc topped / mixed with Greek yoghurt.
    - fruit / cheese bowl: smoked Gouda cheese (1 oz) + cubed apples

    This is awesome I honestly never thought of making my own granola based snacks. Most contain way to much sugar. Thanks for the tip!
