Hey,

My name is Bobby and I just made my first week of food prep. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas to help me with this process? My current weight is 254lbs My highest weight was 267lbs. I've been as low as 239 but gained it all right back with soda and bad dieting/no exercise. My mother passed away in June from an enlarged heart. It was sudden and made me realize I need to change my eating habits. I just had my first kid. My daughter Ava Rose was born in August. I want to be around for a long time to do things with my daughter and my weight not be a problem. Thank you all for listening.
