Is there a way to contact the person who submitted a food onto the database?

Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. But I want to get in touch with someone whom as submitted an entry onto the database

is this possible?

Unfortunately, there is not. [Or at least, no way that I am aware of].

I doubt even the admin would retain that info.

Is there a particular reason you'd like to contact them? If it's just for more info on a particular food, Google is likely to be more helpful to you. If the entry is wrong, click on "Nutritional Info" right under the title, and there's a sidebar that asks if the info is correct. Click "no", then be sure not to use that entry again. If for something else . . . I'm not sure, but maybe someone else in the forums could help if you ask the question?
