Some, but some days I don't want to have to wash all the pieces and clean up  . I love 2 apples + 4 carrots + 1 small piece of ginger! also 6 tangerines, 1 mango, half a bag of spinach! cucumber + green grapes + parsley + green apple is delicious.

My husband and I just started juicing. We don't use juice as a meal replacement but as an addition to our diet.

Lately we have been doing spinach, carrot, ginger, than some form of fruit. I have found strawberries are amazing in juice!

We are hitting up the farmers market and grocery store tomorrow so I will definitely be picking up some new things to try and juice. We don't juice kale just because it is quite expensive here for a small bunch. I normally only buy one a week and make kale chips out of it.

Carrot and watermelon is surprisingly delicious.

Use the white of the rind too-- only cut off the green skin.

Shhh, don't think. Just let it happen.

    My go to is:
    ginger
    celery
    kale
    parsley
    carrot

Sometimes I add strawberries, or cucumber, or bell pepper or apple. I don't deviate from the above list though.
