Hey everyone, my name is Sarah. I'm 27 and I'm here to shift more weight as
I'm on the weight loss route so I can begin fertility treatments after 7 years of trying with no success.
I have acute PCOS. I have already slimmed down from 22st7lb to 19st 11lbs. Still a long way to go but I'm motived and positive. Hope you will join me on both these journeys.
