Challenge - 10 Lbs At A Time

Hey everyone! I started a group challenge in the "Group" area if you'd like to join.

It's called the "10 pounds at a time" challenge. Essentially we are a group of people who have significant weight to lose and so we are taking it ten pounds at a time. The challenge is to lose ten pounds in six weeks. Feb. 16 is the weigh in day. But some people are setting their sights on Valentine's day.

We are only on day 2, so you can still join us!
