adding workouts

What am I doing wrong? My workouts won't dedact any calories from my daily intake?

    Are you using the Cardiovascular workout section or the Strength Training section? Strength Training doesn't add calories when entered in that section, it's just for recording what you did. To add calories, use the Cardiovascular section and the Strength Training entry in there.

    Be sure not to overdo the calorie count. Strength training doesn't really burn a lot of calories.
