Here I Am Again

Sure I can lose weight...I've done it lots of times! So here I am again. The old weight has continued to creep up to a point where I MUST pay attention. So the new year will once again start with the determination to get weight and fitness level to a healthy point.
Starting off slowly walking a quarter mile each day and doing either free weights or yoga. I will gradually add distance. Too I'll try to be watching portion size at meal times. Since I've had problems with kidney stones, I'm already watching water intake and staying away from things like cheese and nuts...but I do miss them!
Here's to a good, new year!

Same here - asking ... why do I keep doing this to myself.
Watching portions and getting AWAY from processed foods (again). Need to go to the gym at least 2 days per week on my lunch hour. Looking for ideas for non-sweaty (not too bad at least) 30 minute workouts I can squeeze in.0
