Hi Everyone
Been on MFP since middle of April - lost a total of 21lb yeyha!
This week i have been stuck, not moved a pound, dropped another dress size but not budged.
Have exercised and stuck to my 1200cal a day but been starving on a nite so been nibbling, all good and not over limt but eating at wrong time. Seems i come back from gym about 8ish and get the munchies.
Any tips?

If you are not going over your calorie limit it doesn't matter what time you eat.0

Perhaps try to up your calories. I know it sounds odd, but your body might need a shock for it to realize you aren't starving it and you are eating.

Eat pickles and jello....anything with low caloric counts.0

If you have been exercising loads then you may have put on muscle which weighs more. Sounds like this is the case if you have lost inches. Also are you eating your exercise calories? Maybe you should if you haven't been. Good luck.0
