Anyone use a Garmin for cycling?

If you've used a Garmin with a HR monitor long term with MFP, how has your actual weight change compared to your projected weight change? I'm guessing Garmin overestimates calories burned, but I'm not sure to what extent. I get about 600 per hour for relatively hard mountain biking.

My projected weight change is pretty accurate if every day were like today. But they rarely are anymore.

Calorie burn is the easy part for me... intake (which is the most important variable in weight change) is the problem.

The numbers I get from my Garmin devices are pretty close I would say, both for running and cycling. I find if I rely on those calorie burn numbers to tell me how much more I should eat in the day, my weight changes exactly how I think it should (over time of course).

Thanks, that's exactly what I was trying to get at.
