Yes. You're adding food to the body and not removing waste.

If you haven't pooped at all in 2 weeks, go see a doctor.

More water, yes. And exercise, and fiber.
Metamucil 3 times a day, fruit, veggies, whole grains.
Consider a dose of miralax every day for a week or so, and a stool softener.

But have you added up how many calories are in a PBJ? A couple hundred for the bread, a couple hundred for the PB, maybe 100 for the jam... It's not a diet food, by any stretch of the imagination.
Maybe take a closer look at your CICO, measure your food, etc.

I don't think PB&J is the answer, Peanut butter doesn't help you "go".

Add things with fiber and plenty of water, but as the original poster said if you haven't "been" in 2 weeks see a doctor.

Lots of things can cause the number on the scale to go up.
    Hormones (period, ovulation...)
Sodium (did you have a lot yesterday?)
Constipation (probably not 6LBs, or you'd be hella miserable.
    Dehydration.
    lots of things.

    How does PBJ fit?
