    Congratulations! Was it diet and exercise or diet alone?
    Well at first I did a all protein shake diet for 15 days it was hard as hell but I lost 14 lbs then I just cut my meals in half and lots of water.. Excersice well mainly walking and elliptical now I need to start with weights to build muscle

    Good for you for finding a method that worked for you and then sticking with it! Fantastic. The vast majority of people would probably give you a bad time for starting out this way, but I believe that every person is different and if something works for you, and is healthy, then go for it. Being able to make permanent changes after starting out that way is difficult, so give yourself a lot of credit!

    You can absolutely lose the next 30 lbs. or whatever makes you happy. Keep it up!
