I am just starting my work-out and diet plan. I am recently engaged, so I'm "sweating for the wedding". I've been doing 5:00am work-outs before work (burning 300-400 calories) and trying to eat <1200cal a day. Does anyone have any advise for weight loss? I want to lose about 40-50 lbs within a year a 3 months.

Do you mean within a year and three months? That is doable but less than 1200 per day may make you burn out fast and go back to eating too much. I would moderate the calorie goals and eat back at least half of your exercise calories. A good goal is about a 1.5 per week loss. Good luck and congratulations on your engagement.0
