I will be 60 years old on the 15th. I started working out a couple of years ago but have not seen any big results in my weight, but feel great. I want to loose weight but my history have shown that I have either worked out or went on a diet. This year, I am determine to work out and change my eating habits simultaneously! Through my years of yo-yo dieting and exercising every now and then, I have learned that health living is a life style and has to be maintained daily. I now go to the gym every morning from 6-8. I also plan my meals and track my calories, carbs, fat, and sodium. I hope to see a weight loss, but I feel great!
