Hi guys! Just started working out about two months ago.
Quit smoking and started eating. I weighed 128 while smoking and when I quit, ate everything in sight. Now I weigh 158 and I have said enough.
I have not lost any weight but have lost inches in belly fat. When I started my belly was 40 inches...it is now 38. So off to the mill....happy walking peeps!

Girl, that's great! You're already making progress. Cardio is the best for losing fat, which in turn makes you smaller! Gotta love that! :happy:0

Way to go!!! I just posted a blog entry this morning about how I need to use the tape measure even moreso than the scale. You are a perfect testimony to that.
