Its been about 4 or 5 months since I've worked out. When I first started I struggled to remember to eat before working out. But now it seems that even when I eat before I work out, I'm feeling dizzy, light headed, and nauseous. Do you guys have any tips or tricks to help?

Are you drinking enough water every day?
Eating enough?
Do you have blood sugar problems?
Heart problems?
Have you checked with your doctor?
Are you jumping into high-intensity exercise, or warming up first?
(And no, you aren't nauseous. Not by a long shot. You're actually kinda cute.)0 -
@MKEgal: Water, yes. As for eating enough, I think so, but I'm probably wrong. No blood sugar issues, but I might have been lacking since the whole not eating enough thing. No heart issues. No history of health issues in the family. As for the workout this caused this dizziness, I did stretches first & did some beginners Pilates which didn't seem high intensity at all. Then I did some butt exercises. Maybe my body is adjusting to working out again...0
