Getting ready to blast off!

I just got back from a follow-up appointment with my Dr and it got me motivated for making some exercise and health goals (I see him again in 6 weeks). I'd like to share a couple--that way it makes me more accountable. 1. Exercise for 1/2 hour daily (I will do this!) 2. Eat 3 veggie and 2 fruit servings a day. I am happy to be here on fitness pal--what a revolutionary site for change!
