MAINTIAN WEIGHT & BUILD MUSCLE TIPS?

Hi am looking to maintain my current weight while building muscle and looking toning. I am work during the week. I do my best to work out/strength train at least 3-4 times a week. Any nutrition tips if i want to build muscle/keep a tone figure not a body builder status while still keeping my current weight.

    I am working on the same goal--try IIFYM.com for devising your ideal balance of macronutrients. Typical recommendation is 0.8-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight + strength training for adding muscle.

    Eat at maintenance and get plenty of protein and hit the weight room hard with a good progressive lifting program.
