15 minute workout a day?

So I've started doing an intense 15 minute workout every day, 5 days a week, is this too little or is it okay?

P.S. how many calories are there in a banana? Everywhere I look has different answers, can someone please give me an accurate one!

    Banana.....about 105 calories in a 7 - 8 inch banana.
    As far as a 15 minute workout.......I'm sure something is better nothing, so I won't criticize.

    105 is a good rough number. However, every banana is going to have a slightly different calorie value because it depends on the size. If you can, peel it, weigh it, and find the calorie value by weight using the non-starred entry in the MFP database.

    HIIT for 15 minutes is a great start, even if the calorie burn doesn't look like it - you do burn calories. And losing weight is more about eating right on moderating intake than trying to exercising it off.

    You activate muscle fibers and you do have after burn as well. All good stuff.

    You will want to work up in time as you can.
